Antetorsion angle

• Frequently, the reason of the visit is that a boy or a girl walks with the foot going inside. If the exploration is well done, we will see that the only problem stands in the hips and that the child sits in a bad position (posture).

• The cure is spontaneous and until they have fourteen years old it will keep correcting itself. We have always to prepare the child and his/her family mentally to make the child to adopt the position with the legs cross forward.

• If we do not correct them it could leave an after-effect deformity inside the patella inner femoral torsion that could lead to a painful condropathy of the kneecap at a very early age.
