WHAT IS IT?

It is a tumour of the interdigital nerve of the foot becomes.

It causes a very intense pain and often it irradiates to the direction of the third or fourth toe.

Frequently the pain is so intense that makes people to remove their shoe.

We can find the origin of this disease in the bad leaning of the feet between the third and the fourth metatarsal and quite often between the second and the third.

HOW IS TREAT IT?
- Infiltrations
- Orthopaedics insoles
- Surgery: Extirpation of the neuroma by soleīs way or dorsalīs way.

- The extirpation by the soleīs way allows the systematic exploration of the second and third space.
- The extirpation by the dorsalīs way has a higher index of reinterventions by the apparition of another neuroma in another space not previously checked.
- After the surgery it is advisable to use orthopaedics insoles.
